Welcome to JAL Cleaning Services LLC

we, By booking or using our cleaning services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our services.

1. Services

  • JAL Cleaning Services LLC provides residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services.

    Service details, scope, and pricing will be agreed upon before scheduling.

    We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous for our staff.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or our online booking system.

    We make every effort to arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact start times due to traffic, weather, or prior service delays.

    Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20 % or flat rate.

    If our staff is unable to access the property upon arrival, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

    A late payment fee may apply to invoices not paid within [insert number] days.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.

    We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue at no additional cost.

    Refunds are issued only at the Company’s discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a safe working environment for our staff, including access to electricity, water, and functioning equipment.

    Clients must secure valuables and fragile items prior to service. JAL Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for damage to unsecured or pre-existing conditions of items.

    Pets must be secured during service to ensure the safety of staff and animals.

7. Liability

  • While we take great care in providing our services, JAL Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for:

    Pre-existing damages or wear and tear.

    Items not properly secured or of fragile nature.

    Allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products unless notified in advance.

    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Use of Cleaning Supplies

  • Unless otherwise requested, we will provide our own cleaning products and equipment.

    If a Client requests the use of their own supplies, JAL Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for outcomes or potential damages resulting from those products.

    9. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for unsafe conditions, harassment, illegal activity, or non-payment.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ocean County, NJ.
